What's good world, it's been a few days since the failed insurection on Capitol Hill, and our discussion on the schism between modernism and postmodernism seems more relevant now than ever. 

This that awkward moment when you start to realize the shit critical theorists have been dropping since WWII aint conspiritorial nonsense but actually deeply philosophical problems that have steadily been unfolding in a sequence of events that have lead directly to the world we are living in at this very moment 👀.

MF Jordan Peterson’s reductive, philosophically-ignorant take on postmodernism bruh, it’s a rich field that developed in opposition to the grand totalizing narratives of modernism that want to tell us shit like ‘history is over’ and that ‘liberal western democracy is the end form of human governance’.

Clearly neither of these are true, and that is why the world is on fire 🔥🌎.

History was over for the elitists European fucks who were fortunate enough to be philosophizing during, and benefitting from, the age of imperialism, so of course they wanted to put the kaibash on it as a means of ensuring their position of power.

What’s conveniently left out of course is the voices of all the MF’s they buried in the process of building ‘their’ world for themselves - what they never imagined is that those voices would come back one day with a vengeance ready to burn that world to the ground and set right the past 500 years of suffering these colonial fucks have caused.
