In this podcast, I discuss how philosophy has helped me heal and deal with much of the trauma inherent with being a human.
Utilizing the allegory of the cave, I demonstrate the positive ways philosophy can help guide us through the long journey of overcoming the obstacles this trauma introduces into our lives - namely those which manifest in the form of self-destructive patterns of behavior - and how they can be properly dealt with so that we may live our best life.
We can recover our existence and heal from our past traumas together, aye.
